The Actions Manager Dialog allows you to browse, edit and create actions. You can access the actions manager by using the Actions Manager item in the Settings menu of DMDirc.
Group list.
Actions are sorted into groups to make them easier to manage. This list shows the names of the existing action groups. Details of the selected group are shown to the right.
Group information.
This area shows information about the selected group, if it is available.
Actions list.
This table displays all actions belonging to the selected group, along with their
trigger (the event that causes them to be executed) and their
response (the commands that are executed, if any). The buttons underneath the table allow you to create a new action, or edit or delete a selected action. Creating a new action or editing an existing one will open the
Action Editor Dialog.
Group management buttons.
These buttons allow you to add, edit (rename) and delete action groups. Some groups which are used internally by DMDirc (such as the aliases and performs groups) can't be deleted.
Settings.
If specified, any settings used by the actions in the selected group will be displayed here.
OK button.
Click to close the Action Manager dialog. You may also press escape to close the dialog. Your changes are saved automatically.
